Refund policy
If you are not happy with your item, please follow the steps below for a exchange or merchandise credit (store credit).
Orders cannot be cancelled, will issue merchandise credit (store credit).
Store credit is issued for the purchased items and does not include the shipping cost.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return and items MUST be shipped back to us within 15 days of delivery date. We do not accept exchanges after the 15 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at cs@lovebyily.com Submit a request and you will receive our email with the approval/rejected, if is approved you must ship the items back right away. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if the exchange/return request has been approved or rejected.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, bathing suits, bodysuits, intimates, accessories or gift cards.
Refunds
If your exchange/return is approved we will send you an email confirming your exchange or a merchandise credit (store credit). Merchandise credit will not expire.
